2. What We Do

Manufacturer sourcing: We connect buyers with verified, quality food trailer manufacturers.
Quality verification: We inspect and verify manufacturer quality, materials, and standards.
Configuration advisory: We help you choose the right trailer size, equipment, and specs for your business.
Logistics & delivery: We coordinate insured shipping across the continental United States.
Documentation: We provide VIN, serial numbers, and necessary documentation for financing and registration.
Digital services: Branding, wrapping design, logo creation, website development, and marketing.
Permit advisory: We assist with Health Department inspection scheduling and permit guidance.

3. What We Are NOT

Nova Food Trailers is not a manufacturer, builder, or direct seller of food trailers. We are an intermediary that facilitates the connection between you (the buyer) and independent third-party manufacturers. The trailer you purchase is built by the manufacturer, not by Nova Food Trailers.

4. Pricing & Quotes

All prices shown on our website and online quote tool are estimates in USD.
Estimates do not include freight/shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Final pricing is confirmed by our team within 24 hours of your quote request and formalized in a written Service Agreement before any payment is collected.
Prices are subject to change based on manufacturer availability, material costs, and custom specifications.

5. Service Agreement

All transactions are governed by a written Service Agreement signed by both parties before any payment is made. This agreement details the specific trailer configuration, price, payment milestones, delivery timeline, and responsibilities of each party. No money changes hands without a signed agreement.

6. Payments

Payments are made to Marcelo Ramos Schiaffino DBA Nova Food Trailers.
A signed receipt is provided for every payment.
Payment milestones are tied to documented build progress.
Refund terms are detailed in the Service Agreement.

7. Warranty

Trailers include a warranty provided by the manufacturer directly. Nova Food Trailers is not the warrantor but will actively assist you in facilitating any warranty claims with the manufacturer.

8. Your Protections

You have the right to know the identity of the manufacturer building your trailer.
You receive weekly photo/video updates during the build process.
Your shipment is insured from departure to delivery.
If the trailer doesn't match the agreed specifications, you can request correction or a full refund.
If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you can demand a full refund.
All payments are documented with signed receipts.

9. Our Protections

Nova Food Trailers is not liable for manufacturing defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
We are not liable for permit denials by government authorities.
We are not liable for damages arising from the buyer's operation, modification, or resale of the trailer after delivery and acceptance.
Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the buyer under the Service Agreement.

The content on this website is for informational purposes. Photos shown may represent completed projects from our manufacturer network.
The online quote tool provides estimates only, not binding offers.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee completeness.

11. Privacy
